In this third phase we will create construction drawings of your project and submit it to building control

In this fourth phase we will help you chose the furnishings of your design and write a schedule so the builder knows what to put in

In this fifth phase we can recommend specialists for construction and contact them on your behalf

In this sixth and final phase builders will be on site and we will help with any design related issues they might have.

We are able to give advice on work near a party wall and resolve disputes over the boundry

We are able to give advice on the condition of properties.
